An Unbalanced Reality
There is a concept called "orgasm gap", which is predominant among heterosexual partners. It explains that when a couple has sex, 91% of men orgasm, while only 39% of women do.
My Journey to Understand It
While this project began with this unbalanced reality and me imagining... “How am I supposed to help couples come… to a more balanced experience?" Through my design journey, I met wonderful people who helped me realise that "achieving a balanced intimate experience" was just the tip of the iceberg.
What I Found
I identify three deeper roots that created the foundation of a loving and meaningful relationship: efficient communication, sexual discovery, and emotional awareness.
How do we strengthen these roots?
